Welcome to Hello Bambinos. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
2. Nature of Services
Hello Bambinos provides non-diagnostic, in-home obstetric ultrasound services (2D, 3D, and 4D imaging) for keepsake and bonding purposes only. Our scans are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Clients are strongly encouraged to establish prenatal care with an OBGYN prior to booking.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings require completion of a liability waiver and submission of a partial payment/security deposit to hold the appointment time. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by Hello Bambinos due to staffing shortages or inclement weather at no additional cost to the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will forfeit their security deposit. Clients who cancel more than 24 hours in advance may reschedule without penalty.
5. Image Quality
Ultrasound image quality depends on multiple factors such as fetal position, gestational age, and maternal body composition. Hello Bambinos cannot guarantee specific results or mages. No refunds are provided for suboptimal images outside of the sonographer’s control.
6. Liability
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree that the session is for entertainment and bonding purposes only. Hello Bambinos and its sonographers are not responsible for medical interpretation or diagnosis. Clients assume all responsibility for participating in this elective service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Bambinos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
